Purchasing & Licensing Debt Quencher

Please note: In addition to the email confirming your purchase, a second email will also be sent to you with your product license file attached. Sometimes these get lost in your Junk folder. Please check for any emails from nothirst.com and contact us if you don't see your license file within the next few minutes.

Once you see the email, simply open the attached license file. You'll need to have this product installed before opening that license.

Where's My License?

In addition to the email confirming your purchase, a second email will also be sent to you containing a Receipt Number that will allow you to get your license file from within Debt Quencher. Sometimes these get lost in your Junk folder. If you don't see this second email within the next few minutes, use our License Retrieval page to resend a copy to yourself.

Once you see the second email, simply enter the Receipt Number into the window shown in the first image below. After a valid license is retrieved, the window should look similar to the second one.

If you pay using an eCheck, your license will not be available until after the payment clears (up to 4 days later).
