Our customer help centers are designed to give you a place to contact us securely. We monitor all posts and you get an email response quickly—typically within 1 to 4 hours. You can also return to the help center to review our discussion with you at any time so you don't have to keep an email trail.
You can also create a public discussion to get help from other customers or to exchange ideas. There is also a growing knowledge base on our help center that you can search for immediate help.

Telephone Support
As a general rule, we don't offer phone support because in the time it takes to handle one customer via a phone call, we can handle dozens through discussions on one of our help centers.
Also, our online support is very responsive and very personalized unlike larger companies that outsource call services. If an issue cannot be resolved via our public or private discussions, we will schedule a phone call to take care of you.
