Telephone Support
As a general rule, we don't offer phone support because in the time it takes to handle one customer via a phone call, we can handle dozens through discussions on our help center.
Also, our online support is very responsive and very personalized unlike larger companies that outsource call services. If an issue cannot be resolved via our public or private discussions, we will schedule a phone call to take care of you.

Missing a License Code?
If you purchased our software from Apple using your iTunes login, there is no license code. Simply remove any trial copies you may have on your Mac and download again from the App Store.
If you purchased directly from our website, please visit our License Lookup page and re-enter your email address.
